Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped through one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–13 business days (processing + shipping).

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Customs duties, fees, and taxes:

All customs fees and taxes are paid. The price listed on the product page is the final price.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Wildaro is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Packages Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us right away. If possible, refuse the delivery. If the package was left at your address, contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Track Order page.
